Osteopathy

Osteopathy is method of mechanical, functional and postural diagnosis and treatment based on structural integrity of the body. Osteopaths use a combination of muscle and connective tissue stretching, rhythmic joint movements and high velocity thrust techniques to treat the issue.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy combines exercise, massage and manipulation to alleviate pain and restore function or, in the case of permanent injury or disease, to lessen the effects of any dysfunction.

Sports Therapy

Sports Therapy is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of existing issues. It utilises the principles of sport and exercise science, incorporating physiological and pathological processes to prepare the patient for training, competition and work.

Sports Massage

Sports massage helps with tensions and imbalances in muscles and soft tissues that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. Massage therapists use relaxing techniques to aid in the removal of muscle toxins, restore tone and promote recovery.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle way of working with the body using a light touch. Craniosacral therapists use this to help people with both acute injuries and long standing problems, both physical and emotional. Because it is so gentle and non-invasive, it is suitable for everyone from newborns to the elderly.
